Altoni Pasta creates fresh pasta with passion and pride since 1993. In the former workshop on the Pothoekstraat in Antwerp (Belgium), Altoni, an Italian with a passion for Italian cuisine, started with the preparation of artisanal fresh pasta for local restaurants. In 1999, the current manager took over and moved the production facility to a new location in Schoten, Antwerp. The fresh pasta was so popular that the company quickly grew into the company as it is now known to its many customers. By continuing to innovate and invest in the most advanced production facility Altoni succeeds to offer a wide range of top quality pasta. The recipe of Altoni in 1993 still lies at the basis of the present-day Altoni Pasta production.
