On the 13th of April it is officially time for the asparagus season! We couldn't wait to develop a fresh ravioloni with a filling of Belgian asparagus! From the 1st of April till the 30th of June this delicious special will be available for you to create the most creative dishes for your guests. Chef Jeroen of Ristorante O'pazzo in Rotterdam created some inspirational examples!
