FRESH FROZEN PASTA

By freezing the filled pasta of Altoni while fresh, it retains its quality, without additives or preservatives.

IQF, or individual quick freezing, ensures that the outer surface of the pasta freezes immediately which prevents it from sticking to others. In addition, it has the advantage that the structure and the taste of the pasta are retained.

The individual frozen filled pasta offers the most opportunities for the chef in terms of ease in use. The chef has the ability to extract the pasta per portion from the package which in turn can be saved in the freezer, simplified by the re-closable lid. The filled pasta can be cooked either frozen (cooking time 6 to 7 min.) or freshly thawed (cooking 4 to 5 min.).

Cook the stuffed pasta in boiling water SOFTLY and work with your creativity to create a beautiful dish.
