ALTONI’S LONG PASTA

Altoni`s fresh pastas are made with Semolina KRONOS, a kind of durum wheat which, in Italy, belongs to the absolute top in wheats. This GRANO DURO has an excellent structure that ensures that the solid bite is retained during the cooking process, also called "al dente", as it was intended in Italian cuisine!

 

TRAFILATE AL BRONZO

Fresh pressed pastas, pressed through a bronze mold, have a slightly rough texture which causes the sauce to be absorbed better. This traditional way of making pasta results in a unique fresh pasta of which you can not get enough!
